Every fall, the internet is flooded with “7-day detoxes,” “juice cleanses,” and “quick reset diets.” And every year, I tried them—hoping that clearing out my pantry and drinking another green blend would clear out the stress, overwhelm, and heaviness I was carrying inside. But here’s the truth: fall detoxes only scratched the surface. They never touched the parts of me that were really crying out for a reset—my mood, my energy, and my ability to feel like myself again. That’s why this year, I’m saying no to the old detox cycle and yes to something deeper: a New Me Reset Challenge that works from the inside out.
