About

Nelea Lane is a Certified Mental Wellness Coach and the woman behind Happy Juice Chick and The Stress Less Era, two communities that help women 40 and older reconnect with their energy, balance their hormones, and feel like themselves again.

After years of struggling with stress, gut issues, and hormone changes, Nelea learned that true wellness starts inside — with the gut-brain connection. She now teaches women how to support their mood, motivation, and metabolism through simple daily rituals, gut-friendly nutrition, and products designed to help the body and mind work together.

Known for her relatable humor and down-to-earth coaching style, Nelea combines science-backed wellness with real-life encouragement. She believes women don’t need to “push harder” — they need to stress less and give their bodies the support they deserve.

When she’s not creating mocktails, talking about cortisol, or helping women redefine what healthy looks like in midlife, you’ll find her enjoying quiet mornings, Instant Pot meals, and life with her retired husband.
