The Neu Beginning Collective is a private Facebook community for women who are done managing symptoms they've never had properly explained — and ready to actually understand what's been happening underneath.

This isn't a program with a deadline. It isn't a group that pushes you to buy things or build something before you're ready. It's a community of women who are honest about where they are, curious about what's possible, and showing up for themselves — sometimes perfectly, mostly imperfectly, always honestly.

We talk about what's actually going on. The stress signals nobody else names. The focus areas we've been avoiding. The small practices that are quietly changing things. The weeks when we had to adjust instead of quit.
