My Wellness Favorites for Women

What I personally use and recommend for stress, sleep, gut health, mood, energy, hair, skin and everyday wellness.

Amare OptiMist and shaker tucked into a woven tote bag, representing everyday wellness favorites for women.

I get asked all the time what I use for sleep, stress, mood, energy, hair, skin, gut health and those days when I just don’t feel quite like myself. So I finally put my favorites in one place.

This isn’t every product Amare makes, and it isn’t meant to be. These are the ones I personally reach for, talk about the most, or find myself recommending when a friend asks me where I would start. Some have been part of my own routine for years. Others earned a place because they fill a very specific “what would you use for this?” kind of need.

You don’t need to know the product names or understand every ingredient before you start looking. Begin with what you’d like some support with, and I’ll show you what I like and why.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Take the Daily Stressors Quiz and answer a few quick questions about what you’d most like support with. You’ll get recommendations based on your answers, and if you’re a new customer, you’ll get a $10 coupon code just for taking it.

A quick note before you order

You’ll see a Subscribe & Save option when you shop. I know anything with the word “subscribe” can make people wonder what they’re signing themselves up for, so here’s the part I think matters.

Subscribe & Save gives you 10% off plus rewards toward future orders, but you are not locked into getting the same products every month. You can change what’s in your order, adjust quantities, skip something, move things around or cancel whenever you want. I use it because of the savings and flexibility, not because I want a box showing up whether I need it or not.

If you’re trying something new, Amare also has a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t a fit, you can request a refund, exchange or replacement according to the guarantee terms. I like knowing there’s room to actually try something without one order feeling like a forever decision.

And if you’re new, the $10 coupon code from the Daily Stressors Quiz is your new-customer savings. It isn’t a second separate $10 offer.

When Stress Starts Showing Up in Your Mood

When I talk with women about mood, the conversation rarely stays in one lane. Sleep may be off. Stress may have been running high for months. The gut may be part of the picture. Sometimes the easiest way to describe it is simply, “I don’t feel like myself lately.”

These are the two I come back to most often when that is the conversation. I don’t think everybody needs everything, and I’d rather make the differences clear than hand someone a long list of products.

Happy Juice

The one I usually tell people to look at first.

Happy Juice was my own introduction to the gut-brain connection, and it is still the thing people associate with me most. I started drinking it because I was curious about supporting my mental wellness from the gut up. What surprised me was that my husband noticed a change in me before I really did. About three weeks in, he told me I was laughing more.

That experience is a big part of why I still talk about it so much. Happy Juice combines MentaBiotics for the gut side with EDGE+ for the brain side, with support centered around gut nutrition, stress resilience, mood, motivation and cognitive performance.

[SEE HAPPY JUICE]

Mood+

When mood and tension are the things I’m paying the most attention to.

Mood+ is one I think about when someone tells me she feels wound a little tighter than usual, more negative, more emotionally reactive, or like her patience and motivation have gone missing somewhere along the way.

The formula is built around mood support, relaxation and tension reduction, with plant-based ingredients Amare discusses in relation to stress management, stress markers and healthy mood support.

Sleep & Evening wellness section featuring Amare Sleep+ and Sunset products on a warm brown textured background.

When Sleep is the Thing You Need Help with

I separate what I use for sleep from what I happen to take in the evening, because they are not necessarily the same thing.

Sleep+

When sleep itself is what I’m trying to support.

Sleep+ is the one I look at when the issue is getting to sleep, staying asleep or waking up feeling like the sleep actually did something.

One of the things I like most about it is that it is melatonin-free. Instead of simply adding melatonin, the formula uses Maizinol and 5-HTP in a way that supports the body’s own melatonin production along with different parts of the sleep experience, including sleep quality and nighttime waking.

Being unconscious for eight hours and waking up feeling awful isn’t exactly the goal.

[SEE SLEEP+]

Sunset

Part of my evening routine, but not because it makes me sleepy.

The name can make Sunset sound like a sleep product, but that isn’t what it was designed to be. It is the evening piece of the Triangle of Health and is formulated with omega-3s, tocotrienols and astaxanthin for brain, heart and cellular support.

So when someone asks me specifically what I use for sleep, I point her toward Sleep+. Sunset earns a place in my favorites for a completely different reason.

Gut-Brain Axis wellness section featuring Amare EDGE+, MentaBiotics, MentaSync and MentaFocus products on a warm brown textured background.

When You Want to Support the Gut-Brain Connection

This probably explains my whole wellness philosophy best. I don’t think of the gut and brain as two completely separate conversations anymore.

Happy Juice

My simplest everyday starting point.

Happy Juice combines MentaBiotics for gut-brain nutrition with EDGE+ for the brain side of the equation. For someone saying, “I want to start somewhere, but please don’t give me ten things,” this is often where I begin.

[SEE HAPPY JUICE]

MentaSync

What I add when I want to go deeper with the “axis” part.

Happy Juice already gives me a gut piece and a brain piece. MentaSync was created around the communication happening among the gut, brain and immune system. Amare positions it around gut-brain-axis signaling and what it calls psychological vigor, which includes physical energy, mental acuity and emotional well-being.

That makes it one I look at when someone already loves Happy Juice but wants another layer of foundational gut-brain support.

[SEE MENTASYNC]

FundaMentals Pack

When I want the full Gut + Brain + Axis system.

FundaMentals is not another version of Happy Juice. It is built as three coordinated pieces: MentaBiotics for the gut, MentaFocus for the brain and MentaSync for the axis. Amare specifically describes the pack as a coordinated gut-brain-axis system. (Bundle in an Edge flavor and you can make Happy Juice with this pack.)

[SEE FUNDAMENTALS]

Happy Juice or FundaMentals?

If you want the daily drink experience with gut support plus mood, motivation and cognitive support, I’d look at Happy Juice.

If what appeals to you is the fuller Gut + Brain + Axis structure, I’d look at the FundaMentals Pack.

If you already love Happy Juice and want more emphasis on the "Axis" piece, MentaSync is the one I’d look at adding.

And if you want the fuller FundaMentals system and still want your Happy Juice, there’s an easy way to do that. Start with the FundaMentals Pack, then add your favorite EDGE+ flavor to the MentaBiotics when you mix your drink. You still have MentaFocus and MentaSync from the pack, with the Happy Juice combination you already enjoy.

When Your Energy or Focus Feels Off

Energy & Focus wellness section featuring Amare EDGE+, MentaFocus, MentaSync and Nitro FX products on a warm brown textured background.

Feeling tired and having trouble focusing can get lumped together pretty quickly, but I don’t always reach for the same thing. There are days when my brain needs help staying on task, days when motivation is the bigger issue, and others when what I’m feeling seems much more physical. That difference matters when I’m deciding what I actually want to use.

EDGE+

For mental flow, motivation and getting my brain moving.

EDGE+ is the brain-focused part of Happy Juice. Depending on the flavor and formulation, Amare positions it around mental flow, cognitive performance, attention, memory and motivation.

[SEE EDGE+]

MentaFocus

When focus itself is the priority and I want stimulant-free support.

MentaFocus is much more directly about concentration, mental sharpness, clarity, attention and memory. It is also stimulant-free, which makes it a different choice from simply reaching for more caffeine.

[SEE MENTAFOCUS]

MentaSync

When I’m thinking beyond focus alone.

MentaSync fits here because its story includes mental acuity and psychological vigor, but I still think of it first as a gut-brain-axis product. If that is what interests you most, I’d go back to the Gut-Brain section above for the fuller explanation.

[SEE MENTASYNC]

Nitro FX

When what I’m looking for feels more physical than mental.

Nitro isn’t what I reach for because I forgot why I walked into the kitchen. Its role is different. The formula is built around nitric oxide production, healthy blood flow, nutrient metabolism and physical wellness. That distinction is useful because “I need more energy” can mean very different things depending on the day.

Want to understand why your brain may feel slower lately?

Skin & Hair wellness section featuring Amare NeuCollagen on a warm brown textured background.

When Hair and Skin Start Changing

Hair and skin changes can feel like two separate things, especially when one sends us looking at shampoo and the other has us standing in front of the mirror wondering when our skin started looking so different. I’ve gotten more interested in what they may have in common, which is why I like starting here with something that supports both from the inside and then getting more specific if I want to.

NeuCollagen

My inside-out favorite for both.

NeuCollagen is one of those products that earned its place in my routine because I started noticing little things I wasn’t necessarily expecting to notice. My hands felt smoother. My skin looked brighter. Some of the little milia spots I had been watching began clearing. I was also paying attention to how my body felt overall, which made it feel like much more than a beauty product to me.

Part of what makes it different from the collagen products I had seen before is its patent-pending Hexa6 Complex, created around six dimensions of total-body support. It brings together K-Beauty collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid and probiotics along with the other components of the complex, so I don’t really look at it as simply “another scoop of collagen.”

When someone asks me what I use for changing skin or hair, this is usually where I start the conversation because it gives me one inside-out option before we start adding products for a specific area.

[SEE NEU COLLAGEN]

Want more specific support?

Sometimes I do want to go beyond that broader inside-out approach. If hair is the thing getting my attention, I look at what I’m doing for the scalp. If it’s my skin, I want something I can use directly there.

The Rootist

When I want to focus directly on the scalp and hair.

The Rootist changed the way I think about hair care because it starts with the scalp environment instead of treating hair as if the strands are the whole story. That makes sense to me, especially when the concern is thinning, fullness, changing texture or hair that simply doesn’t seem to behave the way it used to.

I think of NeuCollagen as my inside-out support and The Rootist as the more targeted hair-and-scalp side of the equation.

OptiMist

When I want something simple I can use right on my skin.

OptiMist is the kind of product I actually keep using because it doesn’t ask much of me. I can use it after cleansing, during the day, over makeup or when my skin looks tired and I want a quick refresh.

That is what I like about having both options here. NeuCollagen is the inside-out piece I come back to, while OptiMist gives me something easy and topical when I want to pay more attention to my skin itself.

Want to understand why stress may start showing up in your skin?

Everyday Wellness section featuring Amare Sunrise, Sunset, Nitro FX, Electro and Relief+ products on a warm brown textured background.

The Everyday Things I Like to Keep Around

Stress Signals come up a lot in my work as a Certified Mental Wellness Coach, throughout this site, and when I teach. It’s simply the language I use for the everyday ways stress can start showing up in the body, including changes in sleep, mood, digestion, energy, focus, hair and skin.

But not everything I use or recommend begins with a Stress Signal. Some things are simply part of how I support my everyday wellness. They’re the products I keep around for hydration, foundational nutrition, physical support, or those days when my body is the thing asking for a little more attention.

Triangle of Health

My day-to-night foundational system.

The Triangle of Health brings together Sunrise, Nitro and Sunset, but they are not three versions of the same thing. Sunrise is the broad morning antioxidant and nutrition piece. Nitro focuses on nitric oxide, circulation and physical wellness. Sunset takes the evening spot with omegas that support brain, heart and cellular health.

Prefer one piece?
Sunrise | Nitro FX | Sunset

Electro

My everyday electrolyte, not my endurance-race electrolyte.

I’m not looking for the highest sodium number I can find on an ordinary Tuesday. I wanted something balanced enough to make sense for everyday hydration and simple enough that I would actually use it.

Electro uses a 2:1 sodium-to-potassium ratio and is designed around everyday hydration rather than trying to be the most extreme electrolyte formula on the shelf.

I drink it every morning and might use it after a walk or workout, on a hot day, while traveling, when I’ve been sweating more than usual, or simply because I’m tired of plain water and know I’ll drink more if I actually like what is in my glass. Available in three flavors.

[SEE ELECTRO]

Relief+

For the days my body is the thing complaining.

Relief+ is the one I keep around for occasional aches, joint discomfort, stiffness and recovery. The formula is built around turmeric, boswellia and a separate sports-recovery and joint-health blend rather than being another stress or mood product.

It belongs here because sometimes what I want from a wellness product is very simple: I want my body to feel a little less annoyed with me.

Still Not Sure Where You'd Start?

If you’ve made it this far and still aren’t sure what makes the most sense, that’s okay. You don’t need to become a product expert before you make a decision.

Take the Daily Stressors Quiz and answer a few quick questions about what you’d most like support with. You’ll get recommendations based on your answers, and if you’re a new customer, you’ll get a $10 coupon code just for taking it.

And if you still have a question after that, ask me. I would rather help you narrow it down than have you order three things because you weren’t sure which one you actually needed.

Don't forget! Subscribe & Save gives you 10% off plus rewards toward future orders, but you are not stuck getting the same thing every month. You can change products, adjust quantities, modify an order, skip or cancel whenever you want. I use it because of the savings and flexibility, not because I want a box showing up whether I need it or not.

I love that Amare has a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t a fit, you can request a refund, exchange, or replacement according to the guarantee terms. I like that there’s room to actually try something without feeling like one order has to be a forever decision.
